The Genomics and Bioinformatics Laboratory initially starting out as a subset of the now Cell and Immunology Laboratory has grown to become its own functional research unit following the provision of a dedicated space, high capacity computing systems and High Performance Computing Support. The Lab research themes include pathogen genomics, machine learning, human genetics and others whilst remaining a major support hub for all other labs within WACCBIP.
